  Reliable, central, great service and solid wines. It just feels like it's way too mainstream and commercial. Having more personal and private wine tastings that other wineries offer are generally better in my opinion.
  
  Still, a great place to come to and the perfect place to start the winery tour of the Hunter!

  Very nice setup shop with good solid ranges of wines. Great assistance from Katlene. She is knowledgeable: not only knowing the wines - how they match various dishes, but also cultural preferences towards the tastes/types of wines. Very sensitive recognition of my Mum's "like"- getting her 2 loved bottles. Thank you for the great help!

  Had an awesome tasting here today with Todd, it’s so refreshing when you have a tasting with someone who is so genuinely passionate and interested in what they’re talking about. We’ve done a few in other places in the Hunter and we could tell the hosts were bored and uninterested and Todd was a breathe of fresh air! Super knowledgable and interesting, had so much information and opinions on what we were trying and genuinely cares about what he’s talking about. Thank you Todd!

  A group of us went to Tempus Two yesterday (Friday), if only to taste a variety of Wine Offerings such as Reds/Whites.
  And lo and behold, we has a wonderful experience.
  There with one Staff member who went above and beyond in helping us with our Wine Tastings.
  She was really knowledgable with her understanding of the wine products there.
  One of our party purchased the Award-Winning Shirah (Shiraz) Gin.
  The tasting included it, and boy was it smooth.
  Tempus Two is well worthy of a visit.
  You will definitely purchase wines there as they are delightful.
  It’s on our list again, to visit Tempus Two in around six months time.

  Great wine miserable staff! Came here for a weekend up from Sydney the wine was great but the staff were unhelpful and miserable!
