  11/10 for the food and service. In addition to flavour, texture and temperature is a huge thing for me. All the food was superb. All the service was friendly and I loved being tucked in the corner and being able to watch all the food prep. Flawless dining experience for our 16th Anniversary. Definitely plan to go again.

  What an EXPerience! Enjoyed a 12 course meal with a group of friends. Every dish expertly presented and explained in detail. The culmination of intriguing ingredients and flavours challenges the imagination - Coral tooth mushrooms and the rocky Point cobia were my favourites. A unique dining experience and a MUST try when you're in the Hunter Valley. Hats off to the Chef and his amazing team for delivering such a memorable dinner.

  Came here to celebrate an anniversary. The restaurant only offers a set degustation menu.
  
  I was very impressed. The food was phenomenal. I really enjoyed their use of the hibachi grill as well, my top 3 dishes that night were all the ones cooked on that.
  
  There was also the option of adding on their special which was a grilled ocean trout fish collar 10/10. You can also opt to add on their house made "magnum" - the flavour changes, I can't actually remember what ours was but it was pretty good. I think they do their savoury dishes better than their sweet.
  
  The pacing of the dishes is good, it'll be a standard 2hr sitting for all your courses.
  
  I'd definitely come back to try a new menu.

  This was my third time revisiting this restaurant, but each and every time has been phenomenal and I'm always excited to come back! The ever changing menu is stunning, the mix and match of flavours all just work so well, and the presentation - absolutely beautiful. The service was impeccable, the attention to detail was on point and the relaxed ambience with muted lights and dark tones of the restaurant decor meshed well to make it feel special, and for us, it was a wonderfully romantic dinner date. I must also mention, they accommodated for lactose free dishes which, I was told, were equally delicious. Looking forward to dining here again.

  Hands down the best dining experience in the hunter valley.
  
  Chef Frank was lovely and the team looked professional and on top of things. Ingredients were interesting, unique and quite cleverly blended.
  
  Pictured was my favorite dish of the night, it was the best tasting dish I’ve had in a long time.
  
  Price was $125 a head for the tasting menu or $210 a head with matching wines
  
  Highly recommended

  Hubby took me to dinner here for my birthday. We had the degustation with matching wines. The food was exciting, innovative and absolutely delicious! The highlight were the snacks but every course was feast for the eyes and palette. I really enjoyed it, it was one of the best meals I've had and wouldn't hesistate to go back again.
